How I do this is by embracing a ‘best friend’ approach which supports and encourages a healthy relationship with myself through ~ Self~Kindness~ Self~Acceptance~ Self~Compassion Ultimately, consistently and with a keeping it real attitude practicing Self~Love which is a woman’s real freedom.
I love my furry friends!

I love all animals and have four gorgeous cats; Tommy, Lilly, Stevie and Archie. Wonderful, peaceful, independent, fun-loving animals. These are my fur babies, healing and replacing some of the sadness I have in my heart from not having my own children.
The Great Outdoors

Being outside, surrounded by nature. Walking improves my mood, boosts my creativity and brings clarity to any challenges or answers I’m searching for. Fabulous exercise too!
Trees and Flowers

I love to be surrounded by flowers, indoors and out. I have as many trees as I can fit into my suburban garden. A special silver birch is my reminder in all that I do to plant strong foundations to allow space and time for growth. It represents strength with flexibility.
Being by the Sea

Living inland, I find being by the sea is a real treat – a therapeutic, vibrant, refreshing and restorative cleanse of both mind, body and soul.
Self Care Rituals

I love Salt baths to sooth and relax my mind and body. Aromatherapy oils to reset my Harmony Spot – my all time favourites are jasmine, rose and neroli. Body products – enriching creams and massage oils to support my body and its functions. Bach flower remedies to restore my equilibrium.

My skin health routines are non-negotiable for supporting long-term skin health and harmonious health. Self-healing, self-soothing and self-connection on a daily basis. I’ve created a method called The Holistic and Healing Art of Self~Caring for your skin. This practice I use in my morning and evening skin care routines that supports Skin Kindness through a ‘Best Friend’.
MeditationThis takes several different forms for me, depending on what I feel I need, for example
- Movement with or without music
- Walking outside in nature
- Traditional guided meditations
- Stillness, quiet time to fully embrace the art of doing nothing and being present in the moment.
Candles to support my meditationCreating a calm, relaxing ambiance to evoke relaxation and calm.
Delicious healthy food choices

That Hydrate, nurture, nourish and enrich my Mind~Body~Skin connection. That support all the systems and functions of my body. My food choices are my fuel. Taking the time to prepare healthy food is a feel good boost to my mind and brain. All my health care decisions come from this place. I love and appreciate quality sustainable food and wine – particularly Champagne – supporting local producers as much as possible and organic practices.
I do love a good book, or two!I read a lot, constantly learning and educating myself on health, wellness and personal development.
A great film to disconnect.
Films. There is nothing like getting lost in a great film. It’s a fabulous way to de-stress and disconnect.
Journaling

Writing down my thoughts, experiences and ideas. Expressing myself on paper. Reflecting on the day-to-day or simply getting things out of my head and onto (really helps when things are stressing you out). I love using lots of colours and bringing my creativity to life.This also includes my personal spiritual practice 🙏
